Summary

The Kheiron project empowers mentors to support young people and adults in rural areas by fostering digital competences, social inclusion, and awareness of gender equality and diversity. Through a structured, impact-driven methodology, the project develops a comprehensive framework for mentoring in rural contexts, enabling the creation of a resilient and inclusive European network of trained mentors. The framework is organized into accessible learning modules, each accompanied by interactive PDFs and explanatory videos, ensuring that mentors are equipped with practical tools and inclusive practices. The project integrates both online and face-to-face mentoring activities, ongoing support, and rigorous quality evaluation processes. Statistical analysis will assess the impact of the mentoring activities, ensuring sustainable development and community engagement in underrepresented regions. Kheiron promotes long-term inclusion, digital transformation, and empowerment in rural communities across Europe.
